WhiteGold Corp. has recently announced the exciting news of their new intercepts in Western Extension of the Near Surface High Grade Gold Zone, and the discovery of additional gold occurrences in the Sulphide domain.
The intercepts reported were in the form of 5.04 g/t Au over 20.85m true width, which is a significant discovery for WhiteGold Corp. and indicates the potential for higher grades in this area.
Drill hole WG-20-28 intercepted the gold zone at a vertical depth of 157m and a strike length of 40m with an average grade of 5.06 g/t Au. It also extended 30m updip of the main zone and intercepted 8.20 g/t Au over 10.85m, and then 10.30 g/t Au over 4.00m shortly thereafter.
The Sulphide Domain was tested with hole WG-20-30 which was a stepout hole from the initial gold intercepts. It also returned intercepts in the form of 0.75 g/t Au over 40.15m and 2.79 g/t Au over 3.80m.
These impressive finds are very encouraging for WhiteGold Corp., as the Betty Ford target hints at even more potential gold within the basin from both the Near Surface High Grade Gold Zone, as well as the Sulphide Domain.
WhiteGold Corp. remains committed to delivering tangible value to its shareholders as it continues this exploration program, and the news from Betty Ford is helping to reaffirm this commitment.
The area remains open at depth and along strike, areas to watch in the near future as WhiteGold Corp. seeks to deepen its exploration presence within the Betty Ford Target.
